1. ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS
We follow a strict no-Refund policy on all electronic products.
✅ Eligible for Exchange (Damaged on Arrival Only)
Electronic products are eligible for exchange only if they are received in a damaged condition.
The customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or videos as proof of damage.
Upon verification and approval, a replacement/exchange will be arranged.

Issues related to personal preference, minor cosmetic variations, or post-delivery damage are not eligible for exchange.
2. CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR
We maintain a Refund & Exchange policy on all clothing and apparel items.
In case of Size issues we provide only Exchange but no refund.
Exchange requests must be initiated within the specified 3 days return window after delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
In case of Style preference, color variation due to screen display, or change of mind will not qualify for exchange & Refunds.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (For All Eligible Exchanges & Refunds)
To ensure transparency, authenticity, and fair resolution, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is sealed, showing the outer packaging, shipping label, seals, and the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
The video must clearly display the product condition, brand seals, serial numbers (if applicable), and any visible damage.
Customers must share the unboxing video with our support team within the specified reporting window.

Any exchange or Refund requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Edited, blurred, incomplete, or unclear videos will be considered invalid.
The unboxing video serves as mandatory proof for verification of damage or discrepancy.
All exchange & Refund approvals are strictly subject to successful verification of the unboxing video by our quality assurance team. Items showing signs of use, wear, tampering, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the returned product before approving any exchange or Refund.
Exchange & Refund approvals is solely at the discretion of the company.
4. FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are final and binding, and the company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPMENT
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
At this stage, the order is already in transit, and cancellation is no longer feasible.

The final decision regarding order cancellation rests solely with the company and is determined based on the real-time status of the order.

OUR DELHIVERY ESTIMATED TIME
We ship all orders promptly once the customer places an order. Our standard delivery time is 4 to 7 business days maximum.
